Not A Monster

Not A Monster is an interactive experience which puts you in the shoes of someone who suffers from anxiety and panic. Through their eyes, Not A Monster is meant to highlight the nature of mental illness and to destigmatize the idea of living with a mental health disorder. The experience focuses on the debilitating and uncontrollable nature of mental health disorders and shows it not as something to be feared or treated as a problem, but as something which is intrinsic and just as much a part of a you as any other traits you have and should be treated as such. The focus is on recovery, healing and embracing the intrinsic qualities that make you who you are.
