Night Shift at Fredbear's is a #fnaf #fangame that further explores the events at Fredbear's Family Diner, and makes up its own altered story around those events.

You spend the night at Fredbear's Family Diner, a week before the party.

The place is set for the next big birthday event, and you were hired to ensure security both during the day, and during the night.

However, no one was ready for what was set to happen.

BASIC GUIDE:

  • There are three characters in total: Fredbear, Springbonnie, and Plushtrap.

  • All three characters are manageable through the security camera, which is the main mechanic with multiple sub-mechanics to avoid each threat.

  • Both Fredbear and Springbonnie work the same way. They will approach the front door of your office and peek through it. When that happens, you'll need to hold down the button corresponding to the character that entered.

  • The doorway is too dark, making it impossible to see which character is peeking. So you must be sure of which character is coming in by looking through the front hallway camera a few seconds before they arrive.

  • Plushtrap is different from the others. You must keep an eye on him through the prize corner camera and continuously observe it throughout the night. This will prevent him from moving. If you fail to check on him frequently enough through this camera, he will eventually make his way to your office directly.

  • However, Plushtrap also has a random chance of entering the vent duct via the same camera. If this happens, you must release gas through the camera by holding down the gas button. But be careful not to let the fuel run out. You need to release the gas in small bursts by clicking in short and quick intervals.

  • The gas will automatically refill over time each time you successfully avoid Plushtrap.

If the game happens to be flagged as a virus, it's likely a false positive by the anti-virus software. Clickteam games, which is the engine this game runs on, tend to trigger red flags in multiple virus scanners due to a compiler issue within the engine.
