What do you think?

I plan on making a Fallout fan game, and this gave me a ton of hope. I absolutely adore Nuclear Drifter. I spent the last couple hours playing, getting to know the areas and doing quests, and when the demo came to an end I was genuinely taken aback, almost upset that it was over. I can't wait for more updates. Also, I'd like to just say, while it's obvious that this game and its world are heavily inspired by Fallout, you've put enough of a twist and style on it that I wouldn't call it a rip off or a fan game. The final thing I'd like to point out is that the music is BEAUTIFUL. It oozes classic Fallout vibes and I love it. For a while it started to get tiresome hearing the same track on loop, but that made the change of music in the subway SO much more impactful. I'd still like to see maybe some combat music to change things up. On that note, it would be interesting if the main towns had a few more differences. They each offer different services and shops, which is genius, but aside from that the atmosphere is pretty much the same across them all. Those are the only real gripes I have though. This game is awesome and I hope to see more.

I like it, here is my review (keep in mind I've only discovered two village and have three that I am venturing towards). For being made in the Unity Engine meaning you must've had to develop all of the core gameplay systems yourself it is very good. The combat system is pretty good, but it took me a minute to figure out what to do. I talked to some of the locals (NPCs) and they work well. The graphics (for being 2D) are pleasant to the eyes and honestly look real good. And I am glad that goal of the player is clearly mentioned in the game's description here. Although, some things I've noticed which aren't good is the options menu. In the options menu the full screen checkbox doesn't do anything, and the Resolution dropdown doesn't show any options or only shows one which can't be read. I can highly recommend a video from the Brackeys YouTube channel which can aide you in the options menu:

I hope this review is helpful and informative.
