About this project:
Otherside is an indie RPG that draws inspiration from Undertale and Pokémon, adding its own unique twists to create a fresh, dynamic and unique experience. It'll feature a low-poly landscape with pixel characters, evoking a retro RPG style.
After a simple teen fell down a cliff and got washed into a cave, they now progress deeper into the mysterious Crystal Mines right below their home town, hoping to find a way back to the surface.
Their ancestor’s amulet begins to glow the moment they reach an ancient archway. Without thinking twice, they step inside, believing the amulet could guide them out…
What you can do in this demo once it released:
Play as Noah, one of the 6 planned characters for this project
Explore the depths of the Crystal Mines and uncover the mystery of the Threshold Ruins
Fight threats, solve puzzles and loot hidden treasures
Note: Monster-capturing and dodging mechanics won’t appear in this demo. They will be introduced in future content
