I love these bullet hell games.
Pretty nice game. The controls are nice and the slow down effect is really cool and well implemented, I dont like the graphics or the bullets though. The bullets have a lot of stuff around them and it seems like only the center does damage, this made it hard to do well on the single hit mode because i wasn't sure exactly what part to be dodging. Also i got an error for timer1 while playing once, its not a huge deal but I thought it might be good for you to know. Anyway ill give you a 3/5
The look of this game is simply amazing. I like ti so much!! I included it in my Game Jolt Contest 10 Compilation series, if you'd like to check it out :)

This is actually pretty cool. I like the neon graphic style, but I think the background could have benefited from something a little different. The slowing down mechanic was very clever.
Like it. It's like geometry wars! and i loved that game!... the slow motion mechanic is cool too. Good luck!
Slow time to avoid bullets in this fast pace bullet hell!
Made for gjcontest10!
Your job is to create fireworks and how do you do that? By killing the confetti monsters! Use your Machine-Shot-Gun to kill as many monsters before the party is over!
-Fight your way back from zero: even with zero seconds left, a quick move could keep you fighting!
-Time slowing: Your speed is everyones speed
-Epic colors: Your speed even effects the colors of the bullets!
-Many game modes: Including Party Rush were you must keep the party going, and Tough Crowd, were you only have 1 hit!
Thanks to Mushroomking101 for the music!
"I have no problem whatsoever with more games taking the core idea of SUPER HOT and applying it to other genres, no problem at all. Party Fever is a 2D bullet-hell shmup in which you try to dodge the many bullets that come hurtling towards you, as well as dishing some out yourself to keep the fire down to a minimum. The catch is that time only moves when you do, and you can’t quite keep perfectly still, so your careful nudges need to anticipate where the bullets are coming from, and they need to be frequent; otherwise, they’ll come kill you in agonizing slow-motion." -Indie Statik (Currently in their top 15) http://indiestatik.com/2013/11/18/game-jolt-contest-games/
