to mod this into your game so it actually works do the following. navigate to PROGRAM FILES\STEAM\STEAMAPPS\COMMON\undertale. copy and paste data.win into a backup folder (just in case). DELETE steam_api.dll. you need to delete steam_api.dll FOR IT TO WORK. then once done move the data.win file you DOWNLOADED to where the original file was... remember to rename THE DOWNLOADED FILE to exactly to. (data.win) then close file explorer. open your game and have fun!
