It's a drawing and design software made on scratch with most art done on wick editor.

Mac OS download documentation---
Start by opening Finder > double click on the zip file then open the folder it generated and right-click on the application in the folder and hit open it will say Warning hit cancel and repeat it should now have an open option and then finally move the useable application to the applications section in finder and your good to go.
Just double checked and the mac version is working.
