Great Puzzle Idea!
I don't understand puzzle 2-2 because the white inner boxes are completely surrounded by dark squares?
Also, I would make the unzipping of the files remain in a folder. When I unzipped it on my desktop, the single files just spilled out on my desktop.
Needs polishing but it's a real Puzzle.
@LC: Thanks. :)
@AG: O_O Well, hope you play it soon... and find a new name for your game. :P
I never realised you made a game called Polarity, I was going to call my axiom contest entry Polarity. What to do now!?
Don't worry, I'll play this (and rate it) when I get the time. :P
Well made, solid concept, I got a bit bored with it, but I think that is just my personal preference in games. Good work
Polarity is a casual puzzle game which includes two different modes. Each make use of light and dark tiles--different polarities. In the challenge mode, the player must navigate through puzzles which features switches, dangerous floor tiles, and other objects to get to the checkered tile at the end of the level. In the puzzle mode, the player must flip tiles of one color so that only one color remains (Dark or light).
Aside from the two game modes, Polarity features statistics, nine trophies, level editors for both modes, a sprite loading mechanism to have your own 32x32 sprite for the challenge mode, and a signature creator to create your own Polarity signature.
Polarity has around one hour of gameplay, sixty-four levels (Thirty-two in each mode), and level rim colors (Gold, silver, or bronze) that are won according to the par time.
All in all, I had fun making Polarity and I hope you enjoy playing it.
