POPGOES Recoded is a recreation of the original POPGOES done entirely in GameMaker: Studio 2. Made in 8 days out of sheer and utter boredom, it's...it's POPGOES. It's literally just that, there isnt any new fancy bells or whistles added to it, it's just....POPGOES. You like POPGOES, right? Well here's POPGOES again, except it's like 169 MB smaller! Seriously, you would not believe how many unnecessary textures are kept in the final game. SO many of the damn textures are 768p despite the fact the final game is at 720p and it bothers me to no end. Well not here! Everything is nice, crisp and optimised! Well okay not everything, I couldn't be bothered to check every little detail that changes between the minigame rooms, so I just did it in a similar manner to the original game. And I'm not the best GMS2 programmer either so there's probably some extra optimisation methods I missed out. And this isn't a 100% perfect recreation either, I'm sure there's some details I missed or some new bugs, and of course the whole Perspective shader issue, but I get into that on the startup screen. Look, point is, it's mostly if not entirely POPGOES as you remember it, just not in Clickteam. Do what you will with that.
