What do you think?

I take back that back. I noticed in your other game that you were bragging about high end your frame rate is. that is the problem in both games. That hiugh if a frame rate is uneccessary espicially for a retro 16 bit game

the game is very slow. Until I saw that you made this with gml, I thought maybe you had a shitty engine, but now....

I use GML for al of projects and none of ever run slow.

I would check for redundant code or over clocked drawing.

nice :))

Very good game GG

Prehistomelet is a simple 2D platformer in which you have to collect 3 eggs to go to the next level. You can't attack any enemy, the game is entirely based around dodging!

You play as a caveman who is looking for food for his tribe. Help him during his journey and try not to become the meal of the raptors you're stealing from!

Controls :
keyboard : left and right arrows to move, up arrow to jump.
Gamepad : d-pad left and right to move, A to jump.

The game is a polished yet very different version of my Ludum Dare 36 entry, "Raptor Ball". It's 10 levels long, but it get pretty challenging towards the end. You are warned!

Will you collect all the eggs for the tribe, and make the greatest omelet of prehistory?
