That said this raises a question of how the hell did the MPTU have a refinery for this if it was some sort of unknown substance?

Probably one of the best bullet hells I have ever played. Well done! I really, REALLY hope that there's a sequel planned, because this was amazing.

Your ship has crash-landed on an unknown desert planet. Use your MPTU (Multi-Purpose Tank Unit) to repair your vessel and defend it from attacking alien life forms!
Controls:
Arrows/WASD to move, mouse to aim and shoot
OR
WASD to move, arrows to shoot
1,2,3... / Mouse scroll - switch weapons
[SPACE] to open upgrades menu (after first wave)
