This is a fine little visual showcase. Okay it is perhaps not perfect, but it is overall pretty good.
One thing I believe you can improve is the transition from normal world to the flower world. When I see this transition it is not near as smooth as the transition from flower world to normal world.
Another small issue is that the toilet is a bit big.
But like I have already said, is this is overall a fine visual showcase.
NOTE: THIS IS JUST AN ENVIRONMENT SHOWCASE, MEANING THERE ISN'T ANY GAMEPLAY OR STORY NOR ANY MUSIC
Reverie is an MYP Personal Project I made with the Unreal Engine 4 using built in tools and royalty-free assets. The environments were modeled after my previous bedroom, which I had lived in for a few years until early 2019. Two versions of the room were made, one is a re-imagining/replica of the room, and the other has been given a twist inspired by the Upside Down from the television series 'Stranger Things'.
I originally had never had any experience with working with UE4, however I had always been fascinated by the countless works of art that others have crafted with the same software. I've always been fascinated by video game worlds, virtual reality, CG films and what people were able to achieve with it. Seeing the trailer for his amazing game was like a final push for me to try it out for the first time.
Overall from what I've made, it's safe to say I'm still pretty much an amateur. I have a long way to learn before I can create anything truly impressive, however I'm still quite happy with what I've learnt and made.
