WHAT IS PRYSTONE:

Prystone is a traditional fighting game running on the IKEMEN engine by Reptilethatscool. It has four distinct characters and one boss, five stages, original vector graphics, and online gameplay! It's pacing and game style is based on that of Street Fighter while taking elements from Mortal Kombat.

STORY:

Long time ago, a being known as "The Ancient One" gifted a world void of life the Prystone. This powerful artifact contained the very essence of life itself. The gems of the lifeless world became the gemfolk, a race of humanoid beings, due to the Prystone's influence and civilizations were formed. But after a millennium has passed, the once lavish world started to decay from the weakening influence of the Prystone. In order for the gemfolk to survive, the four grand empires of the lands sent their best warrior to receive the Prystone for themselves. Whoever reigns supreme will prevent the collapse of their empire, forcing each warrior to give all or nothing!

GAMEPLAY:

Prystone is a six button traditional fighter where you have three punches and three kicks of varying powers. You can perform special moves by putting in command inputs. Each character has two gem attacks, special moves that take half of your gem meter but usually deals much more damage and has faster startup times. Lastly, each character has their own shatter move. This powerful move requires you to use your entire meter while tapping into your life energy. If you do so and land the hit, you can shatter your opponent into little gem bits and claim the round!
