nice game !
This is a great game, you definitely captured the same intense feeling of Hotline Miami. One improvement that you might consider is altering how the boxes are detected on their goal zone. I had to restart some levels due to pushing the box too far and not fully overlapping the zone. Keep up the great work sir, I am impressed with how complete this game feels after only 96 hours of C++ development.

For the past ten years polish scientists worked on a biological weapon that targeted one man - you. However, the plan did not work. One rainy day everything fell apart. The weapon spread a virus that infected almost everyone. You're one of the few survivors. Your goal is to get to the roof of a building to get to a runaway helicopter. Your journey will be impeded by vicious infected people and tricky puzzles. Good luck. You'll need it.
