r//Evolution chapter 092
 r//Evolution is a two-chapter hybrid game developed in Twine and Unity. Twine allowed for depth to the story (Chapter 091) whilst Unity (Chapter 092) allowed for interactivity and visuals that Twine does not support. This game was experimental in this sense and attempted to explore what each of these two platforms could offer in terms of narrative game development.
This is the second chapter of this two-part game which I developed for a Game Design Studio course completed towards my MSc Digital Media Design through University of Edinburgh.
You play as Iara’s boyfriend who arrives at her house set in the mountains and discovers what happened there. The story is anchored in the sociocultural landscape of the 1920s. Added connections to the Fedran universe (https://fedran.com/) which were part of the course brief include elements of magic and resonance.
