The evil Master Houdarou and his apprentice Ghastly is try to take over his twin brother's dragon kingdom Julius so he can become king. he decided to send his minions off to take over the main realms including his brother's realm; Dragon Kingdom. King Julius set his son Color and his best friend Nene to travel in all the lands to save the Rulers from destruction.
