I wish the dev could have thought of more compelling reasons to advance the story.
I understand that choice -- or even just the illusion of choice -- is necessary to keep players interested. But the choices presented here seemed arbitrary and unmotivated.
I don't mind having so many dead-ends, if i'm given a solid narrative purpose for reaching those stumbling blocks. However, if the 'story' is limited to a descriptive one-liner -- basically saying "No, you can't do that because REASONS" -- it gets really tiring to keep hitting that Rewind button.
I suppose the dev may be new to Twine and experimenting with the system, and that's fine -- I can overlook design flaws like that. But at least put a little more effort into the storytelling aspect, since that's what Twine is most useful for.
i didn't like it
I like it :D
Life is just a dream.
nothing but a dream.
so when you wake ...
This is the end? "Suddenly you wake up in your bed, realizing it was just a dream.
THE END.". (-_-) Pretty fun. :3
This is another small text adventure by me.
You need to find the exit of this mysterious bunker by making the right choices.
