Riddle School 4 started development as Riddle University, but it wasn't long before I discovered I didn't have the motivation to keep working on it. However, in 2010, two years after Riddle School 3's release, I was still getting demands to finish the game, so I got a good laugh throwing this together in one night while a friend of mine was visiting. Then I had the idea to surprise everyone with a way-out-of-left-field fifth game, so I released this on April 1st and the fifth installment on April 2nd. Despite the release date, this game (technically) isn't an April Fools joke, but a legitimate part of the series.

There's a part of me that feels like this hilarious travesty should really have been the end of the series, and another part of me that thinks 3 should have been the ending. All in all, I'm glad I found inspiration to develop two more passionate point-and-click projects after this.
