Special Agent Hektor

Hektor was taken at birth and trained to kill by the age of one by the CIA. He was then returned to society and his memories erased so that he could be a sleeper agent, ready to activate at the murmuring of a phrase. Unfortunately as Hektor became older he developed a learning disability and was placed in special classes all throughout primary school. He is now of age to be useful to the CIA but because of his disability they are hesitant but ultimately decide to send him on suicide missions because they already payed for his training, might as well use him.
