"Searching for Mother" has been in development since 2006, when RPG Maker XP was still fresh. Since then, it has been migrated to RPG Maker VX and now VX Ace.
Two girls of blood relation, Michiro and Miho Chihara, were evacuated to another planet. Unfortunately for them, their memories were damaged when the escape pod crash landed. They were found by a human child, who informed his village of the girls' existence...
Years pass, and Michiro begins to have dreams. These dreams seem familiar to her, but why...? As she shrugs them off, she continues to live her daily life. That is, until strange occurances start happening during one of her training sessions.
