Nice demo. Can't say much since it's so short but I think a crashed car near us when we start the game (since our car apparently crashed and thats how we got there) (unless its there and i missed it) or a small interaction where if you try to exit the "hospital" it says "the door is locked" or something would be nice. Would explain why instead of leaving we decided to blow our brains out in the storage room.
