Reminds me of Super Hexagon, but the shield moving instantly makes it somewhat different. The minimalistic aesthetic works well with the gameplay. Some switching up would've been interesting, possibly different enemy types that change the pace or something?

Finally completed
It took way longer than it ever should have, but Shield Yield is now available on gamejolt, with leaderboards and trophies.
I have a few more updates and fixes to do, but it’s up and it’s staying up.
