Imagine a world where the typical cannon fodder and side characters were actually the heroes! That's the world of the Shonen Seven! Downtrodden by the fact that they were deemed subtly worthless by the world's overseer, Hoshi, these seven soon-to-be-heroes are ready to prove just how powerful "fodder" can be!
Story
Welcome to the land of Spectacle. This planet is mainly a refuge for people seeking to flee dangerous situations in other dimensions. The world's overseer is currently Hoshi. No one knows why Hoshi is in charge, but no one can question him without being met by strange twists of fate that leave them with more questions than answers. One day, boredom strikes Hoshi, and he comes up with the idea to hold a tournament that'll showcase the "protagonists" of the dimension people were migrating from. There are four, in particular, he'd like to highlight, and five of our heroes are from these dimensions.
Gameplay
The Recollection Camera
One of the characters, named Debbie, found a special device called a Recollection Video Camera. This device is what's used to relay news around their world, but there's something suspicious about it. Using the camera literally changes how the surrounding areas are to be perceived, with devices aptly named, "lenses".
