What do you think?

3 for classification
;-;

I liked how the level grows over time, and the optional challenge of keeping the family members alive. (I... only saved one.)

I wasn't a fan of how the AI and level design interacted: the enemies got easily stuck in long corridors to rooms with no other path into them, leading me to just walk back and forth until the game allows me to get where I need to go.

Out of curiosity, what were your Indie Speed Run themes?

Bizarre but interesting, with a great visual style. Would love to see a roguelike with these graphics.

Its endearing how the kids follow me when i collect them, too.

I love the atari feel of the game. And I personally had no problem understanding what to do after the first level. ^^

But then again, I also grew up with games that had no tutorials and were hell to understand. :D

Like the retro graphics, and I guess I figured out how to proceed, I feel however like this doesn't really represent anything. It's hard to believe that you're growing plants in this game, maybe you should've implemented a little tutorial/explanation in the beginning,

Sleepless Growth traps you in a strange place, where you have to grow plants in order to make the world grow. Rescue your family and escape from this evil place to live another day.

Good luck.

The game tries to create a retro Atari atmosphere with blocky graphics and simple 8bit sounds. Have fun!
