Its a lot hard to land
Im moving 1 mm per second on a flat surface and it still says "slow your landind speed"
FIX THAT
Thanks for the comments everyone so far! I will add an easier mode when I can, but I have exams looming!
It's funny to find this game now, as i am working on a Lunar Lander inspired game with multiple gravity sources right now, too. Instead of feeling bad about someone else having a slightly similar idea, let me tell you the following:
I like... no, I LOVE the pace of this game! The idea you have to find an orbit, detach, land, re-attach and save fuel doing all this is just brillant! The minimalistic design is perfect and fits the game very well, too.
Just like some others, i found the tolerance for landing speed a little too low. I don't think you need an "easy mode" or anything, just give the landing a little more tolerance. Or just DON'T, because it's supposed to be that difficult, i guess.
I would give that game 6 out of 5 points if i could. So have 5 and take the imaginary one as a compliment. Great work!
Also, i agree that the name is great, too.
Would be fun if the character and ship weren't weaker than a bag of crisps.
Impossible fun game. Honestly how do I orbit?
Also detachting sends me to the planet.
Also I liked the gravity you used :D
So you want to be an astronaut? Well it seems simple:
Step 1: Maintain an orbit around an asteroid.
Step 2: Detach the Landing Module.
Step 3: Land smoothly and gently on the surface.
Step 4: Deploy bomb.
Step 5: Reattach to the Command Module and get out of there!
(TIP: It's really a lot harder than you think)
A simple game which is a mix between Asteroids and Lunar Lander
Get money from your activities to buy more ships.
Controls are in game.
