The Game
Hello, i'm making Solstice: The Quest for the Staff of Demnos remake. If you don't know the game, it's an adventure game where you have to find 6 pieces of your magic staff for saving the princess, after exploring a MASSIVE castle.
The Goal
I wanted to learn some other game engines, so i wanted to keep a common project to build on each of thease. It had some constraints :
easy gameplay
in 3D
requires some tools/content production
a game i like
So Solstice was the best choice for me ! And you will follow my journey here !
The Job
The game will have 4 versions:
Unity (base)
Unreal Engine 5
Godot
GDevelop 5
And they will be all published here. The goal is not to make money but to learn, so in case it's possible, i'll also release the code in public.
