Sonic and Dr. Robotnik have one last amazing adventure on Little Planet as Dr. Robotnik turns it into a space station! Sonic must collect 7 gems hidden by Robotnik across mobius! Sonic returns too late, only having 5 of the 7 gems. Can you help Sonic defeat Robotnik?

Sonic the Hedgehog learns of Dr. Robotnik's plans to transform Little Planet into a new space station! To keep Sonic busy, he hides 7 mysterious crystals (the only things strong enough to free Little Planet) across Mobius. While Sonic searches for the crystals, Robotnik continues his plan. Travelling across Mobius and back, Sonic only finds 5 of the 7 crystals. He returns to Little Planet, now a metal space station. Sonic discovers that Dr. Robotnik only hid 5 crystals! He discovers Robotnik's newest invention; Metal Sonic 2.0! He defeats the metal impostor and invades the space station, searching for the last crystals. He finds them and has one more battle with Metal Sonic 2.0 before destroying the space station and setting Little Planet free.
