HELP WANTED!!!

The first ever 3D test found for the Sega Saturn. Unfortunately found corrupted, and somewhat sentient.
This CD was found just labeled "SONIC 3D TEST" labeled in permanent marker. It left in a taxi you took home. You decided to insert the disc into the Sega Saturn.
Make very deciduous choices here.
(Tails doesnt die first btw if anything that can be prevented)
