What is SOPHIE?

SOPHIE is a horror/psychological thriller game that plays out like an escape room. The player assumes the role of a frightened child armed only with a flashlight.

In this short horror game, the protagonist awakens to a classroom where something is a bit off (or in other words, there's strong indications that the place very well could be haunted). As the player interacts with their environment, things escalate swiftly into the paranormal; even, there may be an apparition at large. One need only employ their wits to survive.

About the Making of SOPHIE

SOPHIE was developed across the course of a week as a Halloween surprise by GoblinWare, LLC, an independent game development group consisting of three people. The code, music, sound, artwork, story, etc. are all original labors of love, which were plugged together in Unity.
