On a technical level, the visual style of the game (ignoring the theme right now) is surprisingly well polished - especially for a game called Sperm Blast 
I think the issue rather comes from the extreme unreliability of the targeting and the confusing/not enough responsive controls. I've tried quite a few times, but couldn't go higher than 45 points. A few times I even felt the colliders aren't relieble as they probably should either - but I'm not 100% sure.
Control the sperm cell, beat your high-score and fight against dangerous... COCKS.
Remember to not touch womb walls and pick up ammo.
