Howdy! Welcome to the official GameJolt page for STORYSWAP: Bedauern! This is where we'll post progress updates for the project.
STORYSWAP: Bedauern is an Undertale fangame that focuses on the Asgore battle in the Storyswap AU. There will be a bunch of endings, secrets, and of course, the obligatory hidden dogs.

For the Uninitiated
Storyswap is a combination of two AUs, those being Storyshift and Underswap. In other words, it's an AU in which the characters of Storyshift exchange roles with each other. For example, Chara takes the place of Sans in Storyshift. So in Storyswap, they take the place of Papyrus.

"When is this game coming out?"
We can't make an estimate, so for now we'll say the development will take around 4-6 months, given we have all the help we need. No promises, though.
"Why are you not following along with canon Storyswap?"
This is our interpretation - therefore, things will differ from canon.
"Will we have to buy the game or will it be free?"
It'll be free, silly. Come on, we aren't that greedy.
"What platforms will this be available for?"
Currently only Windows is planned, but a Linux build is 100% possible. However, we can't promise a Mac port, unfortunately.
"What languages will be supported?"
English, Spanish, Russian and (possibly?) Japanese.
"Does Frisk/Swappy have a specific gender?"
Nope. Just go with whatever your head-canon is.
"How many dogs are in this game?"
Hold on, I haven't counted yet. Let's see.

"Can I join Team Divide?"

"Are you making a full Storyswap fangame?"
No, we aren't. We don't want to delve too deep into the concept. This is just how we think an Asgore fight would go in the AU. Nothing more, nothing less.

Stop. This will never happen.
