What do you think?

Been a long time but we are back and only a few months away from launch

This game looks SICK and I can't wait for it to come out. Keep up the good work!

We have removed the download of the first look pre-aplha demo as we are currently working on a 3 level version and have made numerous changes all aspects of the game.

Basically the demo was just part of the announcement of the game and we feel that it has done its job.

We will be putting the demo here as soon as it is ready and we hope you wont be waiting to long. Aiming for the middle of July.

quite a fun game and decent graphics,, controls in my opinion were really sluggish turning around was a pain, enemies where boring ,, (could have used real fish) and could not progress after i used the depth charges to kill black things in water ,, expected better although fun while it lasted was not anything too interesting

Yup. Played the game. Yup. Stuff about how good the game was. Yup. Shameless self advertizing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsbuYg63nNo
(Wow, I really didn't even try making this comment look interesting)

You must explore the contaminated zones, outmanoeuvring and fighting aggressive alien lifeforms that have overrun these areas of the ocean

Battle across 12 levels in 4 environments, as you search for new weapons and lost experimental technology amongst the shipwrecks and naval outposts.

As the Story unfolds, uncover the secrets of the emerging alien world, and the naval authorities that control it.

We were recently featured by Creative Bloq, who wrote about the long development journey behind Sub-Species.

The project started over 12 years ago, and switching to Unity was what finally allowed us to get a playable demo out.

We have been taking some short clips to show off some of the different underwater environments in the game. This is from one of the Arctic levels

Sub-Species featured by The Escapist, who recently took a look at the demo.

“The demo looks good, with some beautiful scenic shots… and offers a clear and concise overview that still felt thematically appropriate.”
