The development of "Go for the bread"

This is an experimental innovatived game where the player can travel to the died world if he die. If you are in the died world, you have 3 seconds to survive otherwise you will lose the game. Game is improved in graphics and mechanics throught going up to the next levels.

• Add a died from stage (instead of from begginning) or a life system

• Fix background in the win stage.

• Fix background when you teleport in the level 5.
