Not bad for your first game :)
It's okay, but if you plan on making more rpg games, you should get some practice and information on how to do it. Like, when you do something(like fight a vampire in a house), you shouldn't be able to repeat it. When I started the game I could go straight to the end and win, without even fighting everything else. So yeah, it's pretty good for a game that you made in two hours, but it should be improved a little bit :D

Besides what DeadBonesAlice said, the buildings should let you be able to walk back out. And to make things go in chronological order, you should make keys.
