The Freezing Dark

TFD will eventually grow into a massive Metroidvania-esque platforming adventure featuring nonlinear exploration, bosses, enemies, collectables, discoverable abilities and more. For now, all I have to show you is a small demo showcasing the first few rooms and a boss.

Controls:

left and right arrowkeys = left/right movement

up arrowkey = ascend ladders

Z = jump (however, you do not start with this ability. You must collect the module in the boss room to be able to jump.)

X = shoot (you have infinite ammo as of this build.)

R = restart the game

You can be hit 5 times. Currently, there is no way to regain health but to restart the game.

You are an explorer tasked with vanquishing the evils of an ominous black hole. Find the source of the darkness and put an end to it.
