Basically, needs a lot of work. If you add this and more to the game, then this could be better.

Also, increase mouse sensitivity A LOT

And hunger and thirst bars
and health

And finally, a meter for super turtle speed when you do a certain thing enough like have enough babies, or, kill enough of a certain thing, something like that.
