After seeing the first pic just got an idea :D
Make it a simulation for a REAL battle, I mean -
Make custom acts & decide when to spare
Custom menu
New attack features -Decide to when to end the attack =D
(not sure if it is possible to create) Make attack sheets where you can decide where to put the attack and when and then you can launch it all at once, There will be a button to enter "sheet mode" which gives you the idea :D (credit to @dippper2games)
Dialog
ATK/DEF Features (decide how much damage you get & deal)
thats what i can think :/

How 2 Fullscreen
WARNING! this game is VERY old! (Not joking, it's more than five years old), and because of that you will find a lot of shameless grammar errors, obvious bugs and unbalanced chaos. Player discretion is advised!
In this fan-game, you can play locally with your friends and try to kill them, there are more than 20 power-ups and a lot of songs to choose from, you can also customize the monster settings!

Game based on Undertale Fight Simulator by Blu85 (I'm really sorry for taking too long to credit you);
UNDERTALE by Toby Fox;
Sprites and songs are not owned by me! Credits go to the respective artists.
This game has stopped being developed since 2017, please understand that I don't have the game files, which means that I can't update it anymore!
The "original" in the title refers to the fact that there are sequels with the same name that I'm not the creator of (Undertale Battle Simulator 2, 3, etc), the "definitive original" game is Undertale Fight Simulator, created by Blu85 (as credited in the credits section).
By the way, the release date below is wrong! The game was originally released in 2016, not 2019. Changing from early access to fully released apparently changes the release date.
