Ultron is a corrupted puppet similar to Spamton. Ultron used to be Mikes puppet, but he eventually, he had a serious injury that caused him to break, and thats when everyone realised, he was just a puppet all along. Eventually, before the lightners arrived, he came back to life but was extremely corrupted.
