Will we have humans companions to help us with puzzles and combat on the pacifist route?
Underkind is an Undertale fan game that is being designed, written and coded by me. It follows the origin story of Undertale, but instead of humans, monsters are the ones who won the war and trapped the other race in the underground. From the word "kind" as race comes Underkind, where the player takes on the role of Toby, a dog-shaped monster, who falls in the underground. Since you play as a monster, there will be the "Magic" button as well as the "Defend" button: both of them, taken from Deltarune, work with MP (magic points). So far, I've only code the intro, the textbox, part of the save system and the battle system (which need improvement), written the basic story and designed a few characters. This will take a while, especially because i'm programming the game from scratch.
