Those sprites are not yours. they come from a Undertale Fangame called Underfell. it is a full story game that uses all the sprites, assets, and map pieces that you show here. On top of underfell versions of these assets.
There doesn't seem to be much progress on this game...Maybe one day, it'll actually have something added
