It is pretty clear that this game is dead and won't be going anywhere. I was one of the people helping on the game so I know what i'm saying. I believe it is better to follow other Undertale Green projects that are being actively developed.

May, a human living on the surface, grieves over the loss of her best friend who seemingly vanished 3 years ago. However, when she receives a letter from a stranger saying that her long lost friend was last seen near Mt. Ebott, she straps on her apron, picks up her pan, and climbs down into the abyss.
This game is the 5th and last instalment of the Undertale Fan Game saga.
