UNDERTALE: NEON is a twist on Toby Fox's hit Game, UNDERTALE. The concept of this game is taking the base game and changing certain aspects of the game to make them more themed around technology and making the underground more unique and alive, but also, every character will be changed to match their new changed environments!
NEW MECHANICS
A Deltarune-styled overworld dodging system, to make moving around the overworld more interactive, and make monster interactions feel more vibrant.
Charms provide an extra layer of protection, or some other random effects can be activated with charms, directly taken and changed from the fangame, Dreemurr-Reborn!
The newly renamed "Action Menu" (very creative, I know) doesn't just allow foes to befriend you, but if you are in a tight spot, you can Brace yourself, increasing DF. This uses PP (power points), which is a replacement for TP. PP can also be used to cast magic if your party has a monster that can cast magic or do other Actions to help you on your journey.
UNDERTALE © 2015 / DELTARUNE © 2018 by Toby Fox, Temmie Chang & Co. You both created these games, and it was enough to make many things sprout from the community. That is how much those games impacted us.
