I can't start this game - I'm getting this error message: "RPGVXAce RTP is required to run this game"

This is a serious rpg game, if you don't believe me just watch gizar on youtube who has done playthroughs of my game
...Please. Is this a serious RPG Game or a not-so-serious comedy RPG Game?

So some people might have wondered what happened when in the beginning there was a house the first house and you talked to the old man and a girl appeared in the corner and you couldnt talk to her or anything well that was supposed to be your first party memeber.
The girl that is also in the first house that is in purple who gives you a quest to kill elfs was a glitch, i know right how did she become a glitch its called noobs luck.
A new level was added a pyramid and a puzzle and a New set of zombies and other enemies.

Welcome to V.02 of urbs amoris
things added:
1.Three new levels (only two have enemies)
7 new enemies the 7 new enemies are Tomb raider, Tomb raiser, Tomb protecter, Tomb keeper, Tomb master, Medusa,and Shaigan (technically already in the game)
Still have not complete the town i hate towns please do not hate because i want the storyline to be good and the houses to be unique.
