Vast Cosmos

This game has good potential. Soundtrack and graphics are great, with a solid gameplay but there are some flaws. This is from playing it a few times.

• health doesn't get updated (it went from 100 to 0) and I couldn't tell if I got hit from enemy bullets.

• too many particles, quite hard to distinguish between enemy bullets and background effects.

• Distance too short? I went from stage 1 to 10 by hiding on the bottom left corner, none of the enemy bullets ever reach me.

• After I reach level 10 I went back to level 1 again?

That's it from me. Hope my comments will help. Just keep polishing the game :)

I enjoyed playing your game.... I think you should give it 1/2 a sec before a new space ship spawns. This way I don't get punished after I kill most of the enemies from the previous level....

Here's what I garnered from playing for around 10 minutes.
The game seems to have a good flow. You know what you want and that's good.
On a negative note, there are too many particles. If bullets are flying at you and you're trying to figure out what will damage and what wont, you're taking out a lot of the skill in the bullet hell genre.

Also, bullet patterns are pretty straightforward. I suggest you mix it up a bit because there's very little reason to move vertically.

All in all, it's not horrible, but far from perfect.

@NetRider , I feel you have some real potential as well as this game, Just don't give up and just remember your only going to grow stronger as a developer!

On to the game, I did indeed enjoy this; though i wasn't a fan of the default controls it still played out pretty well. The Soundtrack and BGM were catchy and instantly made me feel i was at an old school arcade playing Galactica!
