This is (obviously another) Maniac Mania remake that was originally created by: Phonk_Grimreaper.

What's different?: some new game modes coming to Maniac Mania Extended

Will some MM+ skins be returning?: Maybe (not a lot of them), considering I found a LOT of assets from MM+ and also some Infinite & Megamix skins (shut up I'm gonna redraw them)

Is there lore to this?: yes, there is lore

FNaS: Maniac Mania Extended lore:

One rainy night, Luigi was about to go home and rest up for today, he was minding his own business until he heard something from the alleyway. Luigi investigate the alleyway to see what the noise is and he only see is a arcade. The arcade was titled: Five Nights at Sonic's Maniac Mania Extended and the arcade was on and it says "press start", Luigi thought it was harmless so he pressed the button on the arcade and the arcade screen was turned white. Luigi was confused and he took a closer look but until then some mysterious hands come out and pulled him inside the arcade.
