This game is a tic-tac-toe prototype I've been occasionally working on since October 2010. As other Protomni projects started demanding more time and effort, I began fearing VytrOX might end up unreleased and forgotten — after all, I wondered if anyone would care about a Windows-only tic-tac-toe game in 2011/2012.
Now, after finally releasing the preview of 'Bernie Needs Love' (http://protomnimultimedia.com/bernieneedslove), and on the verge of releasing some of our other game projects, I realized it was a good time to comb off some bugs and make VytrOX freely available to whoever it may concern. If players actually show interest in playing 3D Xs and Os, I might update the game with new features, sfx, and background music. Who knows? Perhaps, mobile and web versions might also prove to be good ideas.
All in all, I'm glad to let go of this prototype for a while and to focus on bigger projects for now, knowing that, somewhere, someone might be having a good time with this little game.
