I have a love-hate relationship with this game. Firstly, I absolutely adore the character sprites (the houses could have used some work) and the groovy chiptune in the town. It was easy to see that this game could have evolved into a full-blown RPG.
And then there's the hate part. The gameplay is extremely barebones. At the very least, you could have allowed the players to enter the houses within the city and perhaps buy things to keep their experience fresh. Thus, the town was literally just a dropsite for water.
Normally I'd give a 2 for a game with much minimal gameplay, but the aesthetics were so pleasing that I simply can't justify it. In conclusion: Huge potential, but seriously lacking in the gameplay department.
I love the GB-styled graphics, just like the music. Easy game to get into but quite hard to last a lot. Well done!

Wild Western is a retro western game with Gameboy style graphics.
After humanity has been forced underground; a townsperson must daily exit the safety of the cave in order to retrieve water from the well outside. Where deadly snakes and birds run rampant.

This is just a small side project for me while I work on my main game. I was hoping to make this a full top down rpg with towns, dungeons and stuff like that. But I need time to devote to my main project. If you'd like me to make the game into a full rpg let me know. I may come back to this project after I'm finished with my main game.
