The controls can be frustrating at times because of the limited amount of keys that can be pressed simultaneously.
Sometimes the shield doesn't work.
The dragon attacks somewhat at random and gives no warning.
Interesting and fun idea, but it could have been better executed.
I really enjoy this game. The game play is really strategic and always keeps me on my toes, plus I love the added planning that has to go into your attacks. The drawings could use a little work, but their not bad at all. Colors are vibrant, the sound is stylized in a way that complements the game play, just a good game overall.
I see what you mean with the similarities between our two games! Plenty of attempts where I'd try to position the shield guy in a defendable position then run out with the wizard and land cheap shots, but you've really got to keep control of both at the same time! Great work! Only thing I'd suggest for improvement would be slight speed up of the death sequence. I kept wanting to jump straight back in - maybe introduce a restart button (which you can use during at any point during gameplay so you can get quickly back in the action. Thanks for the link, had fun playing this ^^
Is there one level?
I really love this 5/5 :D
WizTown Battle is an indie two player hotseat game featuring a Wizard (Wiz) and a Knight (Fath) defending their city from the great "Dragon Head". Players have unique roles.
-The Knight can only use his shield for blocking incoming projectiles.
-The Wizard can only shoot magic bolts.
Since update 1.3 we started adding new abilities to the Boss (Dragon Head) and to the players also.
It is imperative for players to work together in order to win.
For now, WizTown Battle has two playable level, but we are planing to make a full free to play game featuring 20 playable levels and more monsters to defeat in different towns.
We are working on our website too, but we really need feedback from players in order to continue our work. Lets finish WizTown Battle together!
