Fixed most of the mouse issues, this might cause some most related bugs. Hml if you have any.
Added blue ball which turns all other balls blue for 3 seconds, you gain points for dodging the balls while they're blue.
Made it so that the green balls only spawn if the player has more than 7 points. This update is thanks to Horchata Man, he noted that sometimes at the start a green ball and a red ball will spawn near each other and fuck you over.
Increased speed for balls in ranked mode over time to prevent ranked mode from getting stale.
