Basic RPG like game gameplay, without the combat or leveling, some puzzles to solve, where the player must manage two groups at once using a "cursed object" and trying to survive with both.
Possessing many endings that will reflect the choices of the player or aftermaths, as well as secrets hidden all across the cursed hospital, it has the concept of many endings like "Star Ocean: second evolution"
